The error message is buried among advertisement. The message is unfiltered and the language is english, the normal user surely cann't understand the message.

error: we got problems, but we are calm and know what to do...
Almost perfect: Dell sents an alert-box to say that we had some communications problems (note, problems, not errors!) - and the message - in a perfect italian - explains what to do in a plain and clear manner... Very good, the only thing that is missing is a little bit of humour...

Il leader don't loose it calm, sayng that the erro is temporary and we have to retry... The message is a little bit "cold" - and in english, altough we came from an italian search page - but clear, as the search engine interface.
